About the Founder
John Costello is the founder of Costello Consulting Group. His work is informed by more than 20 years of leadership and operational experience in environments where weak process, poor communication, and lack of preparedness create real exposure.
His background spans correctional leadership in high-security and specialized mental health settings, emergency medicine operations, hospital emergency planning and response development, protective security and risk-focused work, plus frontline EMS and fire-service experience.
Through Costello Consulting Group, he applies that experience to help organizations strengthen internal control, improve preparedness, tighten documentation, identify vulnerabilities, and operate with greater clarity, consistency, and resilience.
